Hi Jerome,
I just wanted to thank you both so much for organising the Tour de France rides, they were absolutely brilliant. Also you both went to so much trouble with food & drinks... It was very kind and generous.
Thanks again... It's always great to have something to aim for.
Kind regards

Half Ironman florida is over! Finished in 5:58:41 achieving both my goals of beating my Mercury Man time - did so by 30 mins! - and getting under 6 hrs.
Bike split was best ever - 2:34 (21.7mph average) for 56 miles over some seriously hilly terrain that nearly killed me. Those killer Revo climb workouts you do payed off!!
Will boar you with the details another time just want to say thanks for all the time and support you guys have given. Couldn't have done it without you guys.

I'm definitely going to miss you both and the classes, but my spinning shoes are packed so hopefully I will get in a few classes across the pond :)
Take care of yourselves & please still keep me on the email list. See you for Christmas.

Hi Jerome,
I’m leaving island in a few weeks and before I go, I wanted to say THANK YOU for all your motivation and support during my weight loss/fitness journey. I still have more to go, but I will be continuing this journey in Canada. I still have a class or two left, but I didn’t want to leave and forget to send this message. I’m so glad that I was introduced to spinning, it is something that I will definitely continue to do.
Thanks again,
Janice

Jerome,
Just a quick email to say thanks for providing quality fitness training and helping come close to my weight loss goal.
Since Feb 10th, I have lost about 28lb or 12.5kg which is only about 3kg shy of my target of 76Kg. This also been down to my wife providing with me a more balanced diet but not dieting or fasting.
As we leave tomorrow afternoon to Dublin, my last class will be tomorrow morning which will see the end of my spin training (for now) before the wedding.
Thanks again
Peter

Thanks very much for a great week! I am actually pretty pleased with completing 9 sessions in 6 days. I felt pretty tired and sore a few times this week, especially on the "double days" but mind and body generally feel very good right now. I'm approaching a level of fitness that i haven't had for probably 18 years, going back to my triathlon days. It's nice. Thanks for your enthusiasm and entrepreneurship.

I haven't had a drink since new years and can count on one hand the number of times I've had diet soda, fried foods and dessert. I know this is why I seen such a difference from your classes and why I"ve lost twenty pounds since the start of the year.
Thank you for helping me to stay motivated.

Happy New Year! I hope that you are both well.
In response to your email below, I would just say; "If I am honest Spinning has changed my life. I came to it feeling overweight, lethargic and unhappy with myself and whilst I am not at my target weight, I feel fitter, have more energy and feel revitalised after every class. The 25/30 challenge just gave me a real sense of achieving something that I could not have done 6 months ago. I love the classes and would encourage anyone looking to get fit and boost their confidence to spin because you can achieve new goals in every session. It sounds corny but I really mean it."
Many thanks,
Lucy

Just thought i would let you know that i enjoyed any of your classes. Your spinning classes always make me work my ass off! They are always challenging and it is why i love coming 3 times a week.

Just a short note to confirm that on October the 20th, I fulfilled the resolution made at the Revolutions New Year ride in January this year. On saturday, I completed a Half Iron man distance triathlon in Clermont Florida. As silly as it sounds the fact that i made my resolution in front of twenty others made it imperative that i completed the ask. i could not fail!! I must not fail!!
Bottom line...I will be making the resolution to do a full Iron Man at this years ride so book my place now please...

The breezy days of winter are over, and hot sunny Seven Mile Beach days are on their way. Is your beach-body ready? The fastest way to get your butt, legs and tummy toned with the minimum number of hours invested is by signing up for spinning classes at Revolutions. There are several options for spinning in the Cayman Islands but only one expert company: Revolutions. Spinning is all they do! They have a studio that is devoted exclusively to providing the best music, best teaching, most fun-per-minute, and most calories burned per hour of any spinning class in Cayman. I’ve taken spinning in many US cities and I rank Revolutions among the best classes anywhere!

I think your spinning classes have officially become the secret weapon against my body that i needed.
At the beginning of September, I had just gotten back from a month's vacation, felt rested, and was ready to put my focus on getting back into shape and loosing weight.
I started with 3 goals and weighted 167lbs:
1st- get back to 150lbs which was my high school graduating weight, and puts me at about 20-21% body fat (the body fat is my real focus, i don't care about pounds).
2nd- get to 18% body fat - I have been told this is supposed to be the beginning of "great" for a woman.
3rd- See how much more success I can get with getting fit and lean - I have always wanted to look like a super fit athlete and maybe do a competition. Even if I don't do one, I still want that look!
My successes thus far: Since stepping foot in the studio, I've lost 12 lbs. My runs on thursday and this morning were significantly different than last week, and i felt much better and relaxed. Finally, and I think most importantly to me, we blew my plateau wide open and i lost 4 lbs this week - down to 155 lbs! I guess eating clean and extreme intense cardio is just what i needed. Aside from doing interval training on my own, this is the only other cardio I have done when I reach that "I think I want to die...I might throw up" point - like your "levels 9 and 10" when I thought we were stopping at 8! I am hoping that I wil lose the next 5 lbs easily over the next 3 weeks, and will have another "wellness week" with you when i hit my inevitable next plateau at 150 lbs if the tradition still holds.
So this long email is meant to be a BIG THANKS to you and Jerome for being fantastic instructors =) I'a sure you get it all the time...but I had to say it.
