SpinFUSION is part of the Thursday 5:30pm class. There is no extra charge; you don't need to bring anything. The class start as a normal spinning session and include a short (around 10 minutes) but effective resistance band work out - primarily focusing on the upper body muscle groups. This means that you will still burn lots of calories with the cardio and strength combination of the spinning and also focus on strength only with the bands. We will still finish with some stretches; A memorable work out!!!!
