SpinFUSION is part of the Monday 5:30pm and Tuesday 6:30pm classes. There is no extra charge; you don't need to bring anything. These classes start as a normal spinning session and include a short (around 10 minutes) but effective resistance band work out - primarily focusing on the upper body muscle groups. This means that you will still burn lots of calories with the cardio and strength combination of the spinning and also focus on strength only with the bands. We will still finish with some stretches; A memorable work out!!!!
